The documents below govern your use of Vizbl's website, platform, viewers, APIs, SDKs and integrations. They apply to all users of services operated by Vizbl Systems, Inc.
This Policy applies to any Customer that uploads, manages or publishes commercial product content to the Platform, including 3D models, AR assets, CAD-derived assets, product images, product data, dimensions, materials, finishes, logos, trademarks and product descriptions.
You represent that you own, or have all rights, licenses and consents necessary to upload, host, render, distribute and publish each product asset you submit to Vizbl, including any embedded trademarks, copyrighted designs, photography or third-party materials.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of every product representation generated, hosted or rendered through the Platform. This includes ensuring that 3D models, AR previews, dimensions, materials, finishes, packaging, certifications and product copy fairly reflect the physical product offered for sale.
If a product is changed, recalled, regulated or discontinued, you must promptly update or remove the corresponding Vizbl content.
Important. Read this section carefully if you are uploading product imagery, 3D, AR or CAD-derived assets.
If you upload, submit, publish, display, advertise, or make available any product information, product images, 3D models, AR assets, CAD-derived assets, dimensions, materials, finishes, logos, trademarks, product appearances, catalog assets, or other product-related content through the Platform, you are solely responsible for determining whether such content is appropriate for upload, hosting, display, publication, advertising, customer-facing use, or commercial use.
You acknowledge that digital assets made available through online platforms, browsers, websites, AR viewers, 3D viewers, APIs, SDKs, e-commerce storefronts, or integrations may be accessible, viewable, downloadable, extractable, capturable, scraped, copied, reverse engineered, or otherwise obtained by end users or third parties with sufficient technical skill, even where technical, contractual, or platform restrictions are used.
Vizbl does not guarantee that your content, 3D models, AR assets, CAD-derived assets, product visualizations, previews, thumbnails, renderings, optimized files, converted files, or catalog assets will be protected from unauthorized viewing, copying, downloading, extraction, scraping, reverse engineering, capture, reproduction, or misuse.
You assume all risk associated with uploading, hosting, displaying, publishing, advertising, or otherwise making available such content or assets through the Platform.
If you receive a takedown notice or IP complaint about a Vizbl-rendered asset, notify Vizbl promptly. Vizbl will follow its Copyright & Trademark Policy.
If you sell products that are subject to industry regulation — including children's products, electronics, medical devices, cosmetics, food contact materials or motorized vehicles — you remain solely responsible for compliance with the applicable regulations in every market where the content is published. Vizbl does not provide legal, regulatory or safety review.
You may not upload product content that infringes a third-party brand, trademark or trade dress. You may not use the Platform to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
Vizbl may remove or disable any professional content that, in our reasonable judgment, violates this Policy, the Terms, or applicable law, with or without prior notice.
